What this service is
OPC registration incorporates a One Person Company, a company structure designed for a single founder who wants limited liability and a corporate identity. It is for solo entrepreneurs who need more credibility and protection than a proprietorship offers. Bluman handles name approval, digital signature and director identification, nominee documentation and the incorporation filing.
Who needs it
A single founder who wants a company structure with limited liability and does not want a second shareholder. Only a natural person who is an Indian citizen and resident can form an OPC, and a nominee must be appointed.
What Bluman will do

- Arrange digital signatures, check DIN status and run a name availability check against the MCA register and trademarks.
