What Bluman will do
- Take the commercial terms from you and translate them into clauses that hold up when a dispute arises, not boilerplate.
- Cover capital contribution, profit and loss sharing, interest on capital, partner remuneration within the limits allowed for tax deduction, banking authority, admission, retirement, death and dissolution.
- Draft a supplementary deed where an existing firm is being changed, referencing the original deed correctly.
- Advise on the stamp value for your state and on execution, witnessing and notarisation.
