Who needs it
Companies filing their annual return for the financial year. MGT-7A is the abridged return for OPCs and small companies; other companies file MGT-7.
What Bluman will do

- Compile shareholding details, transfers during the year, director and KMP changes, meeting details and indebtedness.
- Reconcile the share capital details with the register of members and any allotments or transfers made during the year.
