Address Old Compliance Issues
Use the CCFS-2026 window to review and address eligible pending compliances.
CCFS-2026 is a facilitation window that allows companies to review and regularise eligible pending filings with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. It is intended for companies whose statutory filings have fallen behind, and it provides a defined period in which those filings can be brought up to date.
The scheme is typically relevant for private limited companies, OPCs and other registered companies that have missed annual filings, event-based forms or director-related filings, as well as companies that have been inactive for a period and now want their MCA record to reflect their actual position.
Regularisation is done by identifying which forms are actually pending, preparing them with the supporting documentation and filing them on the MCA portal. Where a company is genuinely inactive, dormant-company status or the voluntary strike-off route may be more appropriate than continuing annual filings, and that assessment is made before anything is filed.
A key feature of a facilitation scheme is fee relief — filings made within the window are subject to the fee structure notified under the Scheme rather than the ordinary additional-fee position. Applicable relief, eligibility and forms are governed entirely by MCA provisions and portal validation.
The Scheme window closes on 31 August 2026. Filings prepared close to the deadline depend on document readiness and portal availability, so starting the review early leaves room for corrections.
An updated MCA record matters beyond compliance. Banks, lenders, investors and counterparties routinely check master data and filing history during onboarding, credit assessment and due diligence. A clean, current record keeps documentation organised and avoids avoidable questions — though every institution applies its own independent assessment.
Bluman assists end-to-end: reviewing the compliance position, identifying relevant pending filings, helping assemble documentation, preparing the applicable MCA forms and assisting with the ROC filing process, with acknowledgements shared wherever applicable.
