Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme 2026 (CCFS-2026)

CCFS-2026 is a facilitation window that allows companies to review and regularise eligible pending filings with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. It is intended for companies whose statutory filings have fallen behind, and it provides a defined period in which those filings can be brought up to date.

The scheme is typically relevant for private limited companies, OPCs and other registered companies that have missed annual filings, event-based forms or director-related filings, as well as companies that have been inactive for a period and now want their MCA record to reflect their actual position.

Regularisation is done by identifying which forms are actually pending, preparing them with the supporting documentation and filing them on the MCA portal. Where a company is genuinely inactive, dormant-company status or the voluntary strike-off route may be more appropriate than continuing annual filings, and that assessment is made before anything is filed.

A key feature of a facilitation scheme is fee relief — filings made within the window are subject to the fee structure notified under the Scheme rather than the ordinary additional-fee position. Applicable relief, eligibility and forms are governed entirely by MCA provisions and portal validation.

The Scheme window closes on 15 September 2026. Filings prepared close to the deadline depend on document readiness and portal availability, so starting the review early leaves room for corrections.

An updated MCA record matters beyond compliance. Banks, lenders, investors and counterparties routinely check master data and filing history during onboarding, credit assessment and due diligence. A clean, current record keeps documentation organised and avoids avoidable questions — though every institution applies its own independent assessment.

Bluman assists end-to-end: reviewing the compliance position, identifying relevant pending filings, helping assemble documentation, preparing the applicable MCA forms and assisting with the ROC filing process, with acknowledgements shared wherever applicable.

Service overview

What this service is

Companies Compliance Facilitation is Bluman's assisted service for companies seeking to address eligible pending MCA compliances under CCFS-2026. We help assess the compliance position, identify relevant filing requirements and assist with the applicable MCA/ROC filing process.

Who needs it

Companies and LLPs carrying overdue MCA filings that want to regularise the record — commonly dormant companies, entities that lapsed after a founder exit, and companies discovering defaults during due diligence.

What Bluman will do

  • Pull the MCA filing history and prepare a default schedule listing every pending form, the year it relates to and the additional fee exposure.
  • Reconstruct the documentation needed for each pending year, including financial statements, board reports and meeting records.
  • Sequence the filings correctly, since forms for later years generally cannot be filed before the earlier ones are cleared.
  • File the pending forms with the applicable fee, and follow up on any Registrar query.
  • Confirm the company's compliance status on the MCA record and hand over a calendar to keep it current.

Key deliverables

  • Default schedule with fee exposure
  • Filed pending forms with challans and SRNs
  • Current-status confirmation and a forward compliance calendar

Depends on how many years are pending and whether audited accounts exist for each; the audit is usually the bottleneck.

  • · Government fees, portal charges and applicable taxes are billed at actuals.
  • · Timelines start once complete documents and information are received.
  • · Outcomes that depend on a government authority cannot be guaranteed, but every step is tracked and communicated.

Forms and filings involved

  • AOC-4 and MGT-7 / MGT-7A

Pending annual filings for each defaulting year.

  • DIR-3 KYC

Director KYC for years missed, with reactivation fee where the DIN is deactivated.

  • ADT-1

Auditor appointment intimation, where it was never filed.

Documents required

  • MCA master data and filing history
  • Accounts for each pending year, audited where required
  • Director and shareholder records for the period
  • Valid digital signatures

What we need from you

  • Arrange audit of accounts for the pending years.
  • Pay MCA fees and additional fees, which rise with the length of the delay.

Important conditions

  • Additional fees and penalties are statutory and cannot be reduced by Bluman.
  • Where the Registrar has already initiated action, or the company has been struck off, restoration through the NCLT is a separate matter.
