What this service is
Form 8 and Form 11 filing for LLPs. Delivered end-to-end by Bluman's Chartered Accountants with a fixed scope and a published price.
Who needs it
Every LLP on the register, including one with no business during the year. Both annual filings are due regardless of turnover or activity.
What Bluman will do
- Prepare the statement of account and solvency for the year and the annual return with partner and contribution details.
- Check whether audit applies to the LLP for the year on the turnover and contribution tests, and coordinate where it does.
- File Form 11 and Form 8 within their respective due dates, with designated partner digital signatures and certification where required.
- File designated partner KYC and record any change in partners or contribution during the year.
- Maintain the filing record with challans and SRNs and set out next year's dates.
