Trademark Search
Conflict search before you file.
A trademark protects the name, logo or mark your customers recognise you by. Most rejected applications fail on avoidable grounds: the wrong class, a mark too close to an existing one, or a description that does not match the business. Bluman checks these before filing.
Fixed pricing, defined turnaround and professional review on every engagement.
Conflict search before you file.
Application filing with class selection and tracking.
Examination report reply drafting.
Keep your mark alive with timely renewal.
Mutual or one-way confidentiality agreement.
Agreement covering equity, roles and vesting.
A public search across the relevant classes shows conflicting and similar marks. It is the cheapest step in the process and the one that most often changes what you file.
Applications can attract an examination report or a third-party opposition. Replies are time-bound, and a missed deadline can end the application. Registered marks are renewed every ten years.
You can typically use the TM symbol soon after filing, while registration itself commonly takes a year or more depending on objections and oppositions.
Goods and services are grouped into classes, and protection applies to the classes you register in. Businesses often need more than one class to cover what they actually sell.
